Abstract Lattes
André F. Danelon is a Professor and postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Economics at the University of Campinas (IE-UNICAMP). He holds a PhD, a Master's, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo (ESALQ-USP). He previously served as a Professor at FEA-USP (2021-2022) and Visiting Researcher at the University of Göttingen (DARE) in Germany (2024). His work in productivity and efficiency analysis aims to identify drivers of firm competitiveness, with a particular focus on Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA). The research agenda addresses questions about economic performance under institutional and environmental constraints, including the impacts of climate change on agriculture, energy, and water resources, providing empirical evidence to inform sustainable development policy.
