Clogging process in microirrigaton systems: to investigate clogging processes caused by physical, chemical and biological agents; to develop and/or evaluate testing protocols and facilities for assessment of emitters’ sensitivity to clogging; to investigate preventive measures and maintenance routines; to promote the use of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools for designing emitters and simulating their performance.
Hydraulics of pressurized irrigation systems: theory, modeling, methodologies and tools for designing pressurized irrigation systems.
