Holds a Master’s degree (2014) and a Ph.D. (2018) in Health Sciences from Unifesp, with a doctoral exchange period at Griffith University, Australia (CAPES scholarship). Graduated in Nursing from Unifesp (2008), with a specialization in Pediatric and Neonatal Nursing from the Institute for Children at the University of São Paulo School of Medicine (USP) (2009). Member of the Internationalization Committee at FEnf-Unicamp. Member of the AVATAR Group (Alliance for Vascular Access Teaching and Research) at Griffith University, Australia; of the Global Moral Resilience and Ethical Practice Collaboratory (G-MoRE), USA/international; and of the Brazilian Society of Pediatric Nurses (Sobep). Researcher in the SegTec Research Group – Safety, Technology, and Care: Patient Safety, Pediatric Intensive Care, and Intravenous/Medication Therapy (CNPq/Unifesp); and in the GECAF Group – Study and Research Group on Children, Adolescents, and Families (CNPq/Unicamp). Former Adjunct Research Fellow in the AVATAR Group at Griffith University, Australia (2017–2024). Led the VASCULAR Study conducted in Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and Mexico), in partnership with the AVATAR and SegTec groups. Worked as professor and advisor in undergraduate and graduate nursing programs (Pediatric Specialization/Professional Master's) at the Albert Einstein School of Health Sciences (FICSAE). Previously worked as a staff nurse in public and private hospitals in São Paulo (Surgical Pediatrics, Pediatric ICU, and Neonatal ICU). Has experience in Nursing and Health, with an emphasis on pediatric and surgical patient safety; moral resilience and ethical practice; vascular access and intravenous therapy; and active methodologies and digital technologies.
