Professor in the Department of Manufacturing and Materials Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FEM), University of Campinas (UNICAMP), works in the field of Production Engineering Systems, focusing on topics related to the Design of Innovative and Sustainable Business Models (including servitization and product-service systems) and Sustainable Project Management. Coordinator of the Elas na Engenharia outreach project - FEM-UNICAMP, faculty advisor of the affiliate SWE (Society of Women Engineers) UNICAMP, and SEMEC - FEM UNICAMP. She completed a postdoctoral degree in the Postgraduate Program in Production Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), focused on identifying best practices for servitization and integrating sustainability and digitalization. Master's degree in Production Engineering from the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR), with research focused on the process of developing innovative products in SMEs. She specializes in Strategic People Management (PUC-PR) and has a degree in Production Engineering from the State University of Maringá (UEM). She worked as a professor of Production Engineering and Textile Engineering courses at UEM and has experience developing teaching materials for distance learning in Industrial Management. Before her academic career, she worked in the industrial sector in Production Planning, Programming and Control, Supply Chain Management, Product and Process Development, and Quality Control. She was a consultant in Innovation Management for the NAGI-PR Program (FIEP/SENAI System), serving companies across different industrial sectors, especially the metal-mechanical and technology sectors.
