RAQUEL SCOTTI HIRSON

Atriz-pesquisadora do LUME (Núcleo Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas Teatrais da UNICAMP) desde 1994. Tem enquadramento funcional de Pesquisadora (Pq-B). Pertence ao corpo editorial da Revista Conceição/Conception do PPG Artes da Cena UNICAMP. Faz parte da equipe que organiza a Jornada Internacional Atuação e Presença, LUME, UNICAMP. Doutora pelo IA da UNICAMP, com a tese Alphonsus de Guimaraens: Reconstruções da Memória e Recriações no Corpo e autora dos livros Tal qual apanhei do pé: uma atriz do Lume em pesquisa (HUCITEC e FAPESP, 2006), Práticas Teatrais: sobre presenças, treinamentos, dramaturgias e processos (Ed. da Unicamp, 2020) e Entre Cenas, Memórias e Estilhaços (Ed. da Unicamp, 2022). Professora permanente e orientadora de alunos do PPG Artes da Cena do IA, UNICAMP, com o projeto de pesquisa Mímesis Corpórea e práticas de observação, pesquisa de campo e construção de presença cênica. Atua nos espetáculos em repertório: Café com Queijo (1999), direção coletiva; Alphonsus (2013), solo dirigido por Ana Cristina Colla; Quando os subtextos são textos (2015), espetáculo demonstração e Kintsugi, 100 memórias (2019), dirigido por Emilio Garcia Wehbi.

Corporeal Mimesis – which elaborates physical and vocal actions, working on the poetic and theatrical meetings between actor-observer and bodies, material, images. The presumption is that this meeting potentializes the transformation and recreation of the singular body of the actor. Taking this into account, I penetrate into the mimesis of the word as the possibility of filling empty spaces. An active word can contain all the dimensions of the connections of the images it generates, playing with space and time. Within this context, there emerges the mimesis of monuments, which has started from the memories of the house where lived my great-grandmother.
